We are excited to announce 76 new senior appointments as part of this year’s promotions.
Across our global offices, we have elevated 31 senior associates to legal director known as ‘of counsel’ or ‘special counsel’ in some jurisdictions, whilst 45 lawyers were promoted to senior associates.

This follows 21 partner promotions earlier this year, our largest cohort since 2022, marking a sixth consecutive year of double-digit partner promotions.

We reported record revenue of £428m for financial year 2024/25. Under our refreshed strategy, the firm has also strengthened its Business Services function, marked by the appointment of former NatWest Group COO Tracy Watkinson as its inaugural Chief Operating Officer.
